You have to also trim the feathers to maintain the look and take out feathers which are worn, bent etc.., all this is normal and how fascinators with feathers are maintained. Care of your Fascinator
Our fascinators are packed securely and with care but from time to time some feathers may be slightly damaged in transit. Simply trim the feathers if this occurs. Trimming feathers each time you wear is recommended and is standard practice. Colour and size variations across the fascinators has to be accepted, all materials are natural.

USA & Canada, Use Expedited, Fed EX or UPS Courier delivery from UK which takes maximum 48 Hrs. Last date for posting is 21st December. NB: use address that allows parcel to be signed for, no parcels are left at Door.
• NO Quibble Return if you don't like*; simply return with original paper work and goods as sent in same condition. Returns postage is payable by you , refunds only made once goods received, (*re stocking fees apply which Amazon Charge us for returns and them issuing refunds! £5 in UK or $7). If goods supplied wrong by us or faulty, of course these will be replaced & postage also refund. You must send us a Photo of the problem.
