• A very dark gray handset cord with a slight chocolate tint. Works on nearly any phone with the standard modular connector.
• Relaxed the curly part of this cord is about 14 inches long, NOT 9 FEET. It is called a 9 foot cord because 9 feet of material goes into the curling machine. This naming scheme is confusing but it's the standard.
• This cord works on nearly any phone made in the last 30+ years. It uses the standard 4P4C (4 pin 4 conductor) connector which is also called RJ9, RJ10 & RJ22. Do not use it between the phone and the wall jack. The wall jack is 6 or 8 pins wide. It would provide a loose, noisy connection.
• We have sold these cords by the tens of thousands. It is a high quality generic cord, made in China with gold plated contacts.
• One end of this cord has no curl for approximately the last 6 inches. That makes it easier to get into the grooves and the back of the phone.
