• Gray handset cord for a Nortel phone. Sometimes referred to as Meridian. Works on, but not limited to, models M5008 M5009 M5112 M5208 M5209 M5216 M5316 NT4X40 NT4X35 NT4X31 NT4X41 NT4X36 NT4X44 NT4X42 and many others. If the model number starts with an M this will work.
• Relaxed the curly part of this cord is about 40 inches long, NOT 25 FEET. It is called a 25 foot cord because 25 feet of material goes into the curling machine. This naming scheme is confusing but it's the standard.
• This cord works on nearly any phone made in the last 30+ years. It uses the standard 4P4C (4 pin 4 conductor) connector which is also called RJ9, RJ10 & RJ22. Do not use it between the phone and the wall jack. The wall jack is 6 or 8 pins wide. It would provide a loose, noisy connection.Each end of the cord has approximately 1" with no curl.
